| Freaky Friday
Friday 20th November 2009
To raise money for Children in Need the children (and teachers) dressed up for Freaky Friday.A wide variety of costumes were worn from Pudsey bears to our own Jedwards.

During the day we also celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the UN Convention for the Rights of the Child and anti-bullying week.
The children learnt that they had the right to be heard and to express their own views as well as listen to those of others.
Each class talked about bullying situations and how they should be tackled. On top of this, we also covered RE with a difference. For example, in year 6 they learnt about the Children’s Crusade of 1212 and produced some artwork depicting this.
